Four practice areas, one scope-first method.

Each area can stand alone or connect to the others. A readiness review often leads to training, and an AI assistant usually needs a well-built system around it. The scoping conversation decides the right starting point.

01

AI Strategy and Advisory

For leadership teams who need a clear view of where AI fits, what it would take, and what to leave alone, and independent advice when decisions are being made.

Typical work

  • Review of current workflows, tools, and data sources
  • Identification and prioritisation of realistic use cases
  • Data protection, risk, and governance considerations
  • Readiness of staff, systems, and suppliers
  • Evaluation of AI tools, vendors, and supplier proposals
  • Advice to leadership as adoption decisions are made

What you receive

  • A written readiness assessment
  • A prioritised list of use cases with effort and dependencies
  • A phased adoption plan
  • A briefing for leadership on the findings
  • Written advice on specific tools or proposals, where requested
02

AI Training and Capability

For organisations that want staff to use AI tools well, safely, and in their actual work, rather than attend a demonstration.

Typical work

  • Organisation-wide AI literacy workshops
  • Department sessions built around specific workflows
  • Multi-day programmes combining foundations and practice
  • One-to-one coaching for individuals

What you receive

  • A pre-session briefing that shapes the content
  • Exercises using the tools participants already have
  • Participant evaluation after each session
  • A written summary for the sponsoring manager

03

Intelligent Systems and Automation

For organisations whose knowledge sits in documents, inboxes, and people's heads, or whose teams carry repetitive manual work between disconnected tools.

Knowledge and intelligence

  • Structuring and preparing a knowledge base
  • Assistants that answer from your own documents (retrieval-augmented generation)
  • Internal search and question answering
  • Summaries and reports that support decisions
  • Testing answer quality and source citation

Automation

  • Workflow automation and AI-assisted processing
  • Integrations with email, WhatsApp Business messaging, and CRMs
  • Review steps where a person checks AI output before it is used

What you receive

  • A working assistant, search tool, or automated workflow on agreed sources and systems
  • Documentation of sources, access controls, and known limits
  • Guidance for staff on appropriate use
  • Handover training and an agreed support arrangement
04

Software and Web Engineering

For organisations that need a website, platform, or web application built properly, or an existing one that no longer fits how they operate. This work does not have to involve AI.

Typical work

  • Websites and content management on WordPress and Drupal
  • Custom web applications
  • E-commerce and payment integrations, including Paystack
  • Accessible interfaces and design systems
  • Ongoing technical support for existing sites

What you receive

  • Working software deployed to an agreed environment
  • Source code and documentation
  • Handover training for the people who will run it
  • An agreed support arrangement

Fees

Fees are set out in a written proposal after a scoping conversation. Prices are not published because they depend on scope, format, and the number of people involved.

Who you work with

Every engagement is led by Alex Mensah Tenkorang, Principal. Any additional specialist is named in the proposal before work begins.

Software products

Ready-made software products, subscriptions, and product support belong to TAMENSAH Labs, a separate business, at tamensahlabs.com.

Next step

Not sure which area fits? Start with the problem.

Describe the situation in a few sentences. The first reply will suggest where to begin, or say plainly if the work is not a good fit.
