Who runs this website

tamensah.com is the website of TAMENSAH Consulting, the professional practice of Alex Mensah Tenkorang, an independent consultant based in Accra, Ghana. In this notice, "TAMENSAH Consulting" means Alex Mensah Tenkorang operating under that name. TAMENSAH Consulting decides how the information described here is used.

In brief

The website has three forms. What you send through them is delivered as an email to TAMENSAH Consulting's mailbox and is not stored by the website itself. Analytics runs only if you allow it. Your information is not sold, not added to a mailing list, and not used for advertising.

Information you send through the forms

Discuss your project

The enquiry form on the Contact page asks for your name, email address, how you would like to start, and a description of what you want to achieve. You can also give your organisation, your role, an area of interest, and timing. The form is sent only after you confirm that these details can be used to reply to your enquiry. They are used to reply to you and, if you then decide to work together, to prepare a proposal and deliver the agreed work.

Pre-session briefing

The briefing form is used by organisations that have booked a training session. It asks for your name, role, organisation, email address, and planned session date, and for answers about your team: its size and familiarity with AI tools, the tools and plans it uses, the roles attending, your goals and concerns, logistics, and a real piece of work to bring. These answers are used to prepare and deliver the session.

Session evaluation

The evaluation form asks for your name and organisation, and optionally your email address, role, and session date. It records your ratings of the session, your written feedback, any further services you are interested in, and whether your feedback may be quoted. The answers are used to improve future sessions and to follow up on any interest you indicate. Feedback is quoted only if you give permission on the form, and only in the way you chose: with your name and organisation, or anonymously.

Emailing directly

If you email hello@tamensah.com, your message, your email address, and anything you include are received in the same mailbox as the forms.

Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the forms or by email.

How form messages are delivered and stored

Form submissions are delivered by email to TAMENSAH Consulting's mailbox at hello@tamensah.com, where they are read and kept. The email includes the address you entered, so that a reply reaches you directly.

The website itself does not keep a separate copy of what you submit. The service providers listed below process it as part of delivering and storing the message.

Service providers

These organisations process information on the website's behalf. Each does so to provide its service and under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Vercel hosts the website, processes form submissions, and, only if you allow analytics, provides Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel privacy policy.
• Resend delivers form messages and provides the hello@tamensah.com mailbox. Resend privacy policy.
• Google provides Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics, and an email account that holds some earlier enquiries. Google privacy policy.

Analytics, only if you allow it

The first time you visit, the site asks whether you allow analytics. Nothing is loaded until you choose.

If you choose Allow analytics, two services load. Google Analytics 4 records which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general device, browser, and approximate location information. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which recognise a returning browser. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off on this site. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views; Vercel describes this service as not using cookies.

If you choose Decline, neither service is loaded.

Changing your mind

Use Analytics settings at the foot of any page to change your choice at any time. If you decline after allowing analytics, the site stops analytics on the page you are on and on later pages, and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies from your browser. This cannot delete information already sent to Google or Vercel. To ask about that information, email hello@tamensah.com. TAMENSAH Consulting can act on it only through the tools Google and Vercel provide, and some of it may not be linked to you in a way that allows it to be found.

Cookies and browser storage

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics cookies described above, and only after you allow analytics.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so that you are not asked on every page. It is not sent anywhere. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes it, and you will be asked again.

Spam prevention and technical records

To protect the forms from spam and misuse, the website runs automated checks on each submission. These include temporary use of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Information used for these checks is not added to your enquiry and is not used for any other purpose.

The website's own logs do not record your name, email address, or message. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested, in order to deliver the site, and keeps these records under its own retention rules.

What the site does not do

The site does not sell your information, add you to a mailing list, show advertising, or load a chat widget. Apart from the optional analytics described above, no third-party content loads on the site. Links to LinkedIn and other services take effect only when you select them.

How long information is kept

A fixed retention period for enquiry emails has not yet been set. At present, they are kept in the mailbox while they are needed to respond to you, to prepare and deliver any agreed work, and as a record of the working relationship. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time, as described below. This section will be updated when a retention period is set.

Resend and Vercel keep delivery and request records under their own retention rules. Google Analytics keeps data for the retention period set in this site's Google Analytics account, within the options Google provides.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see the information TAMENSAH Consulting holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using Analytics settings. To make a request, email hello@tamensah.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. You may be asked to confirm your identity before a request is acted on.

A deletion request covers the mailbox and records that TAMENSAH Consulting controls. Copies that service providers keep under their own retention rules, such as delivery logs, are governed by those providers' terms, and TAMENSAH Consulting cannot delete them directly.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the data protection authority where you live, for example the Data Protection Commission in Ghana or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.

Processing outside Ghana

Vercel, Resend, and Google operate internationally. Information you send through this website, and analytics information if you allow it, will be processed outside Ghana, including in the United States and Europe.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated if the way the website handles information changes. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
